New Research from Nifty Marketing: 2023 Legal Marketing Trends – MarTech Series

Nifty Marketing, a leading provider of legal marketing, communication, and efficiency software has just announced that research is currently underway for its first annual State of Legal Marketing Report. The Nifty State of Legal Marketing Report was an idea that was first developed in 2021 to better understand the state of the legal industry and the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on legal firms.
Now, in 2023, the idea is finally being brought to life with support from members of the legal community across the country. As digital marketing has clearly become a key component of a successful legal marketing strategy, this report aims to uncover the tactics and best practices that make top performing firms really stand out from the masses.

“We want to understand how firms are catering to their digital consumers, as well as how those consumers are responding,” said Dax Greener, Managing Director at Nifty Marketing. “The State of Legal Marketing Report will allow us to compare the strategies of top performing firms with the sample as a whole to let the data show very clearly what is working and what isn’t.”
Research for the Nifty 2023 State of Legal Marketing Report is open throughout November 2022, with the full report set to air in early 2023.
Nifty invites any members of the legal community to participate in the research for the 2023 State of Legal Marketing Report. The company’s vision is for this annual research project to serve as a guiding light for firms to stay competitive and up to date with the latest legal marketing trends through insights from their peers across the country.
